Latelly I'm not having a lot of luck with computers and software..

Some months ago I decided to migrate all my email from outlook to thunderbird. After some weeks using thunderbird the programm crashed and now when I open it after one second gives an error. So by now, I lost a 3 years emails.. let's wait if they update it or something.. good bless gmail.

Some months after I decided to get a DVDRW for my Inspiron 8500. I bought it from ebay as I didn't find it on dell.co.uk. And the day I tested it windows were recognizing it as a Sony CDReader. And there was nothing to do, the drivers from dell didn't work and after send an email using that form with small textinputs to tecnical support they told me that I had to contact dell spain or migrate my tag.. daba daba daba.. so I will have to explain once again what's the problem after migrate my tag. Months ago I said that dell support was great, after living in london and get used to all the life style here. Dell support is very mediocre.

So, to finish that post in an original way I should say that Microsoft did a great one with SP2. I really feel better when each week there are some updates to the software and installs it without problems.. Was a bit late to do it, but better late than never..
