Winamp 5.2 reads your iPod
Although I use Anapod Shuffle (yes, believe it or not I bought a license) seems that Winamp 5.2  does now support different external devices (iPod, Microsoft portable players..) so you can connect then to the computer and play the music using the program itself. I hope they add the add/delete feature soon so nobody needs iTunes anymore (did I say that iTunes sucks before?)

:O!
iTunes is kinda neat cuz like the iPod it's very minimal interface. but then that completely sucks when you want to do anything more complicated than play a song. it took me forever to figure out how to manage a library of music bigger than my nano and get just particular songs on it. damn you steve jobs!! ;)
Yeah, that's one of the things I hate, I don't understand how iPod had such a success with such a shitty music manager program.

If I get a music player I want to add music to it and delete music from it, I don't want to have 2 times the music and have to Sync it and blah blah. It just looks very hard to understand, and it's something I will never try.

The only cool things of iTunes is the PODcas/VODcast concept they introduced (hehe), and also that feature with their airPorts which you can send the music you're playing to the airPort and have it connected to your stereo in the other side of the room.

Have your say!
